Diamond Doors has been manufacturing bi-fold doors for over a decade, and we are committed to serving you. Our service continues, even after the sale is made. We make every effort to manufacture a superior door with quality components to give you years of trouble free operation. However, in the unlikely event of a failure or malfunction, we encourage you to contact us so we can right the situation as soon as possible.

Warranty Policy

Diamond Doors warrants their product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years starting from the original invoice date. This warranty does not apply to products subject to misuse, abuse, or normal wear from operation. The warranty does not extend to failures or breakdowns caused by improper installation or to any consequential or incidental damages. Furthermore, warranty is voided if door is altered, adjusted, or added to in any way without factory authorization.
